Create these unique fingerless gloves direct from Italy. This is a chic fashion look that keeps your hands warm any time you need to have the use of your fingers. Working at the computer, doing book work, sewing and needle crafts, just to name a few. Sometimes they will be just the perfect add on to an outfit that is not only functional but fun. Try making a pair for a special occasion out of stretch lace.

Wear the gloves with the cuff up, or folded over to give a whole new look. Choose a fabric with body if cuff is to be worn folded over.

SIZES: 7-8-1/2. Instructions for cutting smaller or larger gloves in sizes included, along with length adjustments.

SUGGESTED FABRICS: Polar fleece, boiled or felted wool, stretch lace, knit boucle, and other fabrics with stretch. A 4" piece of fabric should stretch to 5" on the crosswise grain to insure proper fit.

SUPPLIES:
1/4 yard of any width fabric
You may have scraps you wish to use. These are guidelines to help you choose these pieces:
Each cuff requires a 6" high by 13" wide piece of fabric (with the most stretch across the 13" width). You would need two pieces to complete the pair of cuffs.
Each glove body requires a 5" high by 12" wide piece of fabric (with the most stretch across the 12" width). You would need two pieces to complete the pair of glove bodies.
Thread for serger*
*Serging with a narrow, balanced 3-thread serger stitch is recommended, as it has the most give when stitched. If using a conventional sewing machine stitch, be sure to use a zig zag or stretch stitch.
