Traditional interfacing, when fusibles just won't do. Cotton Batiste is a lovely, soft finish cotton that makes a great underlining, or is ideal for infants dresses and nightgowns and can be used as a backing for soft cotton quilts. It is the preferred fabric for heirloom sewing.
Silk Organza is also a wonderful underlining when your application calls for adding weight and crispness to your garment.
