1 yd fabric (for chenilling)
2" - 1' wide Velcro

2 sm buttons

1-4pkg fabric dye (if using #90 cheesecloth)

Spa Bag
2/3 yd fabric
1/3 yd lining
1/4 yd interling (polyester or cotton batting)
2 1/3 yd narrow satin cord or ribbon
4 buttons
1 pkg single fold bias tape
thread

Washcloth
1/3 yd fabric (base)
2/3 yd fabric (for chenilling)
1 pkg double fold bias tape
thread

Frog Pillow
1/3 yd fabric
1 1/2 cup rice or flax or wheat
thread

Chenille Frog Pillow
1/3 yd fabric
2/3 yd fabric (for chenilling)
1 pkg fabric dye (if using #90 cheesecloth)
1 1/2 cups rice or flax or wheat
thread

Optional:
For aromatherapy Neck Roll use:
1/2 cup lavender & 1/4 cup rosemary or
1/2 cup lavender & 1/4 cup spearmint or
1/4 cup crushed cinnamon sticks & cloves
