This generously cut pattern has a wide front and back yoke. The yoke and sleeves are cut in one piece creating an excellent space for creative embellishing, embroidering or piecing. There is a large gusset under the arm to insure lots of room for comfortable wearing. In the blouse option the skirt is softly pleated in both back and front. One half overlays the other to create relaxed movement. You have the option to pleat as full as you want or omit pleats altogether. The jacket option has a center back inverted box pleat and a front opening placket or facing. Both blouse and jacket necks are finished with bias trim. There is also an inseam or patch pocket option. Shorten or lengthen hem and sleeves so the garment is comfortable for you. Tunic-Vest also included in pattern.

Fabric Suggestions: This design works well in many fabrics. Use a light to medium-weight fabric such as rayon, poly blends, soft cottons, silk, soft wool or wool blends. Don't forget when combining several fabrics make sure they are of similar weight and movement.
