Olympia Coat: This loose-fitting coat in 3/4 or lower calf length features an all-in-one sleeve with a separate underarm panel and a gusset for greater range of motion. You may choose either a high, rounded neckline (View A) or a small petal collar (View B). Pocket options include a "windowpane" cut-out pocket at the side seam or an angled patch pocket. The Olympia Coat pattern includes the pattern and instructions for lining.
Suggested Fabrics: Medium-heavy weight coat fabrics, such as wool crepe, wool coating, cashmere, boucle, mohair, heavy linen, polar fleece, wool double knit, corduroy.
Suggested Interfacings: Fusi-Knit or French Fuse, Whisper Weft, Armo Weft, Sof'Knit.
Notions: Thread, View A: six 1" buttons for long length, five 1" buttons for 3/4 length; View B: five 1" buttons for long length, three 1" buttons for 3/4 length. Small to medium shoulder pads, interfacing, lining (see chart).
