Japanese Cut - with a dart in the front hem
Straight Leg - just leave out the hem dart
Crop Pant - for the warmer months (dart or no dart)

Notions: 1 1/4" wide elastic for waistband (your waist measurement minus one or two inches), thread to match the fabric, three or four cones if you plan to serge the seams.
