Misses Vest and Skirts. Lined, fitted vest has scoop neckline, front button closure, princess seams, and shaped front hemline. Skirts have front and back panels, center back zipper, and waist finished with facing. View A has ruffles at sides. View B has side ruffles and wide bottom ruffle.
